Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

The catalyst SAL is an efficient Ti-series granular propylene polymerization catalyst, suitable for the units using Innovene gas phase process. The catalyst has been industrially applied in many domestic units using Innovene gas phase polymerization process, featured in high catalyst activity and excellent polymerization performance. The catalyst has following technical characteristics.

Catalyst activity≥5.8×104g﹒PP/g﹒cat (5L polymerizing pot, bulk polymerization for 2h at 70 ℃，

hydrogenation at 0.2Mpa);

Adjustable polymer melting index;

High and adjustable polymer isotacticity

Excellent polymer properties.
