Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

The catalyst N Series (including N-I, N-II, N-III) is a set of efficient Ti-series granular propylene polymerization catalysts patented in China, U.S.A., Japan and several European countries, suitable for the units using batch liquid phase bulk polymerization and continuous polymerization processes such as Hypol and the loop process for producing homopolymer and anti-impact and random copolymer PP. The catalyst N Series has been industrially applied in many domestic units using batch liquid phase bulk polymerization, Hypol and the loop process. The catalyst DQC Series has a list of technical characteristics as below.

Catalyst activity ≥4.5×104g﹒PP/g﹒cat (5L polymerizing pot, bulk polymerization for 2h at 70 ℃，hydrogenation at 0.2Mpa);

Excellent directional ability and 99.9% of polymer isotacticity;

Good shape of polymer granular and excellent flowability;

Excellent anti-aging and anti-radiation ability of polymer;

Excellent mechanical properties of polymer.
