Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

SCG-1 series catalyst is a Ziegler/Natta polyethylene catalyst applicable to UNIPOL process. The series catalyst totally has three types: SCG-1(I) catalyst is applicable to operation in dry status to produce the linear low density polyethylene product with narrow molecular weight distribution, its activity is 4000-6000gPE/ gcat; SCG-1(II) catalyst is applicable to operation in condensation status to produce the linear low density polyethylene product of narrow molecular weight distribution, and its activity is 6000-8000gPE/gcat; SCG-1(III) catalyst is applicable to operation in condensation status for producing the high density polyethylene product of narrow molecular weight distribution, and its activity is 4000-7000gPE/gcat.
