Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

The catalyst NG is an efficient Ti-particle propylene polymerization catalyst developed from the catalyst N,suitable for the unit using continuous gas phase polymerization process such as Innovene, Novolen and Unipol porcess for producing homopolymer and anti-impact and random copolymer PP. The catalyst has been industrially applied in dozens of units using Innovene, Novolen and Unipol gas phase process for producing PPB pipe specified and anti-impact coplolymer grade PP with excellent combination property.

The catalyst has a list of technical characteristics as below:

Catalyst activity≥5.5×104g﹒ PP/g﹒ cat(5L polymerizing pot, bulk polymerization for 2h at 70˚C,hydrogenationat 0.2Mpa);

Excellent directional ability and high polymer isotacticity;

Excellent copolymerization ability to result an anti-impact coplolymer with good rigid-tough balance;

Excellent polymer properties.
