Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

The catalyst BCNX Series is a set of new generation efficient Ti-series granular carrier-type catalysts with good anti-impurity ability. It’s suitable for the units using batch liquid phase bulk polymerization, slurry polymerization and continuous gas phase polymerization processes for producing homopolymer and antiimpact and random copolymer PP. The catalyst BCNX Series has been applied in several units using batch liquid phase bulk polymerization, slurry polymerization and Innovene gas phase polymerization processes for a long time, resulting in stable operation of the unit, less fine powder in product, lower ash content and good quality polymer. The catalyst DQC Series has a list of technical characteristics as below.

Catalyst activity ≥5.8×104g﹒PP/g﹒cat (5L polymerizing pot, bulk polymerization for 2h at 70˚C,hydrogenation at 0.2Mpa);

Excellent directional ability and high polymer isotacticity;

Excellent anti-impurity ability;

Anti-impact polymer produced with excellent combined properties and rigid-resilient balance;

Good shape of polymer granular and less fine powder.
