Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

The catalyst BCND series is a set of new generation efficient spherical propylene polymerization catalysts with proprietary intellectual property rights, including three different grades of BCND-I, BCND-II and BCNDIII with different hydrogen modulation sensibilities, suitable for the units using continuous processes such as Hypol, Novolen, Unipol, Innovene and loop process for producing homopolymer and anti-impact and random copolymer PP. With its high activity and wide molecular weight distribution of the produced polymer, the catalyst BCND Series has obvious advantages in producing special PP piping material, BOPP film and high MFR injection molding PP with good combined properties and downstream processing performance. Also,the catalyst BCND Series has excellent copolymerization performance that can result in uniformly distributed ethylene segments. A random copolymer with lower melting point or higher transparency can be obtained when producing with same ethylene content. And an anti-impact copolymer with higher rubber content can be obtained when producing with same polymerization conditions and ethylene content. The catalyst DQC Series has a list of technical characteristics as below.

New internal electron donor technology introduced, resulting in phthalates free polymer product;

Catalyst activity ≥6.0×104g﹒PP/g﹒cat (5L polymerizing pot, bulk polymerization for 2h at 70˚C,hydrogenation at 0.2Mpa);

Excellent directional ability and easily adjustable polymer isotactic index;

Wide molecular weight distribution of polymer and excellent processability

Excellent copolymerization ability resulting in a polymer with excellent rigid-tough balance;

Good shape of polymer particle and less fine powder.
