Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

The catalyst DQ Series is a set of efficient spherical propylene polymerization catalysts, suitable for the unit using continuous process such as Spheripol-I, Spheripol-II and ST process for producing homopolymer and anti-impact and random copolymer PP. The general spherical catalyst DQ-III is suitable for single and dual loop unit for producing most of homopolymer and anti-impact copolymer. The spherical catalyst DQ-IV has small particle size, suitable for single loop unit for producing homopolymer and has an obvious advantage in producing high stiffness BOPP. The catalyst DQ-V has high hydrogen modulation sensibility, suitable for producing high speed BOPP. The catalyst DQ-VI has low polymerization activity attenuation, suitable for dual loop unit for producing high anti-impact copolymer. The catalyst DQC Series has a list of technical characteristics as follows.

Spherical catalyst and polymer, and catalyst particle size adjustable in a wide range;

Catalyst activity ≥4.5×104g﹒PP/g﹒cat (5L polymerizing pot, bulk polymerization for 2h at 70˚C,hydrogenation at 0.2Mpa);

Excellent directional ability and adjustable polymer isotactic index;

High polymer bulk density.
