Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

The catalyst BCE is an efficient Ti-series carrier type ethylene polymerization catalyst with internationally leading combined properties, suitable for the units using slurry polymerization processes such as Mitsui CX, Innovene S, and Hostalen processes for producing high density PE, especially high value-added twin peaks PE such as PE80 and PE100 etc. The catalyst has been applied in many ethylene polymerization units for long periods for producing many high value-added PE such as 4803T(PE80), 4902T(PE100), 6380M(PE80) and 7600M(PE100), etc. The catalyst has follwoing technical characteristics.

Catalyst activity ≥3×104g﹒PE/g﹒ cat (2L polymerizing pot, slurry polymerization for 2h at 80˚C, the pressure ratio of hydrogen and ethylene: 0.28Mpa:0.45Mpa);

Excellent hydrogen modulation sensitivity;

Excellent copolymerization performance;

Less low polymer production;

High polymer bulk density and less low polymer;

Good polymer particle shape, narrow distribution of particle size and less fine powder;

Excellent polymer properties.
