Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

The catalyst HDC is an efficient spherical propylene polymerization catalyst, suitable for the units using continuous polymerization processes such as Spheripol-I, Spheripol-II and ST process for producing homopolymer and anti-impact and random copolymer PP. Thanks to the unique carrier preparation technology, the catalyst HDC has high catalyst activity and excellent hydrogen modulation sensitivity and copolymerization ability. The PP produced with this catalyst has adjustable isotacticity, regular shape and less fine powder. Thus, the catalyst HDC has excellent industrial application prospect and international competitiveness.

Narrow distribution of catalyst particle size and controllable and adjustable particle size;

Catalyst activity ≥5.0×104g﹒pp/g﹒cat (5L polymerizing pot, bulk polymerization for 2h at 70˚C,hydrogenation at 0.2Mpa);

Good hydrogen balance ability;

Excellent directional ability and adjustable polymer isotactic index;

Excellent copolymerization performance for producing high rubber content anti-impact copolymer;

Regular spherical polymer particle with good shape and less fine powder.
