White Oil Hydrorefining Catalyst FHDA-1

The catalyst FHDA-1 is a white oil hydrorefining catalyst developed by Sinopec Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical. It was prepared with a brand new method through optimal choice of carrier and optimal determination of the addition ratio of active metals, supplement of efficient additives, and the optimization of synergic effect between active metals, additives and carrier. It has augmented the diffusion of the metals so as to improve aromatics saturation performance.

The catalyst FHDA-1 is mainly used for complementary hydrorefining in isodewaxing units for improving the light, thermo and oxidation stability to produce various viscosity grades of lube base oils, and can also be used for two stage process to produce food grade white oil and high quality rubber filling oil.
