Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

The catalyst FV Series are a set of special oil products and paraffin wax hydrogenating catalysts at international level developed by Sinopec Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical, including FV-10/30 catalysts, etc. FV-10 not only can be applied to paraffin wax hydrofining process, but also can be used for lubricating oil hydrofinishing and solvent oil aromatics saturation. FV-30 catalysts with spherical shape, can effectively employ the volume of the existing reactors, give full play to the catalysts activity, and improve the technical level of the existing paraffin hydrogenation units. The catalyst FV Series is featured by large pore volume and large specific surface area, centralized pore structure and excellent activity, selectivity, stability, mechanical strength, repeatability and reproducibility. The quality of paraffin wax produced by the catalyst FV Series at middle pressure, low temperature, high space velocity and low hydrogen to wax ratio can meet the requirements for the food grade wax National Standard GB7189-94.
