RIDOS series catalyst

Overview of product performance and technical characteristics：

RIDOS series catalyst is proprietary catalyst for RIDOS technology (RIPP’s isomerization and hydrodesulfurization for olefin and sulfur technology), including guard catalyst RGO-2, hydrotreating catalyst RS-1A and hydroisomerization catalyst RIDOS-1. This series catalyst has the appropriate catalyst shape, high mechanical strength, small diffusion resistance. Furthermore, it exhibits good olefin saturation activity (especially diolefin saturation activity) with olefin saturation rate higher than 60% and high HDS and isomerization activity with desulfurization rate up to 90%. It also can inhibit coke formation to satisfy the demand for long running cycle of commercial units and low octane loss.

RIDOS series catalyst is suitable for processing FCC naphtha with high sulfur and olefin content, to produce clean gasoline product with low octane loss through deep hydrodesulfurization and olefin saturation.
