Promoter MP051 for enhancing FCC propylene yield

Overview of product property and technical characteristics

MP051 is an effective ZSM-5 additive aimed at increasing propylene yield, especially propylene concentration in LPG. It is composed of modified MFI zeolite ZSP and patented phosphorus-containing matrix. MP051 exhibits excellent hydrothermal stability and C-H bond activation capability, which is in favor of enhancing propylene selectivity. The acidity of MP051 is carefully adjusted to control gasoline cracking, so the loss of gasoline is minimized while propylene concentration in LPG is maximized.

The industrial application results show that propylene yield (relative to FCC feedstock) can be increased by over 1wt% when the concentration of MP051 is 4 wt% of the catalyst inventory.
