Overview of product performance and technical characteristics：

RDM-35-x series catalyst is the Ni-Mo/Al2O3 residue hydrodemetallization(HDM) catalysts which is available in the diameters of 1.1mm, 1.8mm and 3.0mm size with “Butterfly” shape extrudates.

RDM-35-x series catalyst has high pore volume and large pore size. It exhibits high hydrodemetallization(Ni, V) activity and excellent metal pick-up capability as well as certain HDS and HDCCR function. Its metal pick-up capability can be about 80wt%.

RDM-35-x series catalyst is used to match with other residue hydrotreating series catalyst in residue hydrotreating (RHT) process. Its main role is to remove the metal impurities as Ni and V, etc., in the residue oil, and protect the main catalyst of downstream. Up till now, this series catalyst has been successfully applied in many units.
