RHC-140 hydrocracking catalyst

RHC-140 hydrocracking catalyst

Overview of product performance and technical characteristics:

RHC-140 catalyst is RIPP’s the newest generation commercial distillate-selective hydrocracking catalyst. It can be used in a variety of flow-schemes (ie, once through, series flow, single stage, two stages) to maximize diesel.. RHC-140 catalyst is used to generate the highest yields of middle distillates in high quality, meanwhile, the unconverted hydrocracked residue (also called unconverted oil, UCO) can be used as the high-viscosity-index (VI) lube oil base stock, as the superior steam cracker feedstock owing to its very low BMCI value or as FCC feed.

Based on the chemistry of the hydrocracking reactions, RHC-140 catalyst with large pore meter is particularly well-suited for the heavy oil molecular transport and reaction. The high metals content of RHC-140 catalyst results in low deactivation rates and long cycle lengths. Commercial application results show that RHC-140 catalyst is more active and selective than previous generation catalysts, and produces higher distillate yields than other RIPP’s catalyst of current generation. When used for F-T wax, it exhibits moderate activity and high selectivity of middle distillates.
