RHC-130 hydrocracking catalyst

RHC-130 hydrocracking catalyst

Overview of product performance and technical characteristics:

RHC-130 catalyst is the diesel hydroisomerization dewaxing catalyst developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing(RIPP)for flexible production of -35#, -20# and -10# low freezing point diesel oil under mild reaction condition. Compared to conventional dewaxing technology, the hydrogenation isomerization dewaxing technology(HIT) with catalyst RHC-130 can greatly lower the freezing point of diesel and even increase its cetane number. Furthermore, the hydrogenation hydroisomerization dewaxing technology with utilization of catalyst RHC-130 has flexible production proposal, which can raise cetane number of diesel with hydrogenation upgrading mode in summer, or lower the freezing point of diesel with hydrogenation hydroisomerization dewaxing mode in winter.

RHC-130 catalyst is suitable for diesel hydrogenation-upgrading units to produce diesel with different freezing point or improve the cetane number and freezing point of diesel at the same time. It can also be used for the heavy VGO hydrocracking unit. RHC-130 catalyst is tailored for refineries who desire higher quality distillates (both jet and diesel) and higher quality unconverted hydrocracked residue (also as unconverted oil, UCO) with low freezing point and high viscosity index.
