Overview of product performance and technical characteristics:

RC series catalyst is the continuous reforming catalyst developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing and is featured by high selectivity, low coke make rate. Among them, RC011 catalyst is the low platinum content and economic type catalyst, RC031(PS-VII) catalyst has slightly higher platinum than RC011. The series catalyst is applicable to production of high octane gasoline, aromatics and hydrogen with straight run naphtha, hydrocracking heavy naphtha, cracking gasoline and coking gasoline, catalytic gasoline and condensate oil as feedstock. The features of RC series continuous reforming catalyst are as below:

It has good hydrothermal stability, strong chlorine retention ability and excellent mechanical strength.

It has good selectivity, high C5+ liquid yield and high aromatics and hydrogen yields.

The coke make rate of catalyst can be greatly dropped by over 20% under the same severity, and this makes an ideal candidate for revamping the existing reforming unit for higher capacity, especially the units with limitation on regeneration capacity.
