Overview of product performance and technical characteristics：
RHC-100 hydrocracking catalyst was developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP) for production of high octane gasoline or BTX from light cycle oil (LCO). And it also produces ULSD blend stocks. It is suitable for processing the high aromatic content inferior diesel fraction, especially the light cycle oil from FCC unit.
RHC-100 catalyst was shown to be effective to convert LCO according to the desired chemistry reaction path. It has the superior ability of ring opening, side chain scission, and maximizing retention of single ring aromatics. For various LCO feeds, the yields of high octane gasoline is from 18.69% - 48.46%, the RON is from 94.3-99.5. And the sulfur content of diesel is less than 10g/g, the cetane Index improvement is 8-12 units.
