Overview of product performance and technical characteristics：

RHC-5 catalyst is the naphtha hydrocracking catalyst developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP), with the characteristics of high hydrogenation activity, high cracking activity, etc., which enables flexible product proposals switched between maximum heavy naphtha and premium tail oil. It allows production of heavy naphtha with high yield, middle distillate oil satisfying the European V standard and the tail oil with low BMCI value and high paraffinicity(high quality steam cracking feedstock for producing ethylene). The yield of light and heavy naphtha and tail oil relative to feed can exceed 85wt%. Commercial application results indicate that the catalyst is sensitive to temperature increase and can process feedstock mixed with CGO, naphthenic base VGO, high density catalytic diesel showing high adaptability to poor quality feed. It can be operated for three years in the cycle and regenerated for 1-2 times.
