Overview of product properties and technical characteristics

FC-34 is a new generation single-stage selective hydrocracking catalyst for high and middle distillates developed by FRIPP. This catalyst employs modified molecular sieve as the main acidic component, adopts W and Ni metals as the hydrogenation components, and has the characteristics of high activity, good selectivity for mid-distillate, high hydrogenation activity, good selectivity for ring-opening, priority to heavy distillates cracking, and good adaptability for feedstock. It can be used to produce premium jet fuels, blends for clean diesel with high cetane number, and unconverted oil with low BMCI and rich in paraffin which can be used as the cracking feedstock for ethylene production.
