Overview of product property and technical characteristics:
CRMI series catalyst (CR022, CRMI-1, CRMI-2) is specialized for MIP technology，which possesses the characteristics of high activity, high thermal and hydrothermal stability and good coke selectivity. In conjunction with MIP technology, olefin content in gasoline can be reduced while maintaining RON. The composite of USY zeolite and modified shape selective ZSM-5 type zeolite are tailored to meet different yield pattern requirements. CGP series catalyst (CGP-1, CGP-C, CGP-2, CGP-S, HCGP-1, HCGP-2, RCGP-1, QCGP-1) was developed to meet the requirements of MIP-CGP process, to get higher hydrogen transfer activity and gasoline olefins cracking activity. catalyst CGP is characterized in: firstly, coke is shifted to the matrix by the CS technology, thus hydrogen transfer activity in the second reaction zone enhanced; secondly, the gasoline olefins can be selectively cracked by RIPP proprietary shape selective zeolite, making gasoline olefins reduced and propylene yield increased.
