Overview of product property and technical characteristics

GOR-II olefin reduction catalyst exhibits strong olefin reduction capability, improved hydrothermal ability,good coke selectivity and heavy oil cracking capability through further modification of the main active components, shape-selective zeolite and matrix. Modification and incorporation of the active components guarantees the effective matching between selective hydrogen transfer activity and cracking activity. Thegood selective hydrogen transfer activity allows the reduction of olefin in gasoline; and fairly high cracking activity improves the heavy oil cracking capability of the catalyst. A novel matrix material is used to modulate the pore distribution of the catalyst, increase the proportion of mesopore, and reduce coking while improving the heavy oil cracking capacity. The acidity distribution of the catalyst is rationally adjusted to reduce theyields of coke and dry gas.
