Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

The catalyst FC-32 is a new flexible hydrocracking catalyst developed by Sinopec Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical, featuring appropriate hydrocracking activity, excellent ring opening selectivity, high sensitivity to temperature, excellent heavy fraction cracking selectivity and flexible operation. It can be used for producing high value product such as high quality heavy naphtha, clean diesel and tail oil at middle or high pressure. Also, it can be used for producing tail oil at lower pressure to improve ethylene yield and extend ethylene unit’s operating cycle.

The catalyst FC-32 is suitable for hydrocracking vacuum distillate at middle or high pressure and hydroupgrading inferior diesel at middle pressure, and can be used for flexibly producing various high quality petroleum products and chemical raw materials to meet different requirements from different users.
