Overview of product property and technical characteristics

RMS-8 catalyst has the characteristics of strong heavy oil cracking capability, high gasoline yield, goodmetals resistance and low olefin content of gasoline. The catalyst with composite molecular sieve components (mainly ultra stable Y type molecular sieve with high silica to alumina ratio) provides the activity surface with best selectivity for large molecule hydrocarbons, good hydrogen transfer activity, and hence the good heavy oil conversion capability and effect of olefin reduction for gasoline. A novel matrix with large pore volume and high activity has been used to further improving heavy oil cracking capability. In the preparation process some functional material can also be added to apparently improve the metals resistance of the catalyst.
