Overview of catalyst performance and technical characteristics

GOR-C and COR catalysts for olefin reduction adopt oxides modified Y zeolite, MOY zeolite, as the main active component. They have excellent hydrogen transfer activity, good heavy oil crackability, high activity,and good anti-attrition performance. GOR-C and COR catalysts are also equipped with good selective hydrogen transfer reaction, so that the hydrogen in the feedstock can be utilized efficiently and distributed properly in the products. The catalysts commercial application results show that olefin content in gasoline can drop by 10~15(v) percentage units. Combined with operating conditions of the units, the olefin content in FCC gasoline can be reduced and maintained below 35% (v) in the presence of the catalysts. The isoalkane and aromatics content of gasoline increases, especially the isoalkane, while the olefin content decreases. And high LPG yield can also be achieved at the same time.

COR-C catalyst is suitable for processing non-paraffin feedstock in RFCC units.

CORV catalyst is tailor-made for high-metal feedstock, especially for high vanadium feedstock.

CORH catalyst has excellent metal tolerance and high liquid yield.

CORS catalyst presents the strengths at high diesel yield and high gasoline RON.
