Overview of product performance and technical characteristics
The catalyst HDO-18 is a noble metal, catalytic reformate selective hydrodeolefinization catalyst with high catalytic activity, excellent selectivity and low bulk density. Developed by Sinopec Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical, it can be used for selective hydrodeolefinization of reformate benzene fraction, C7+ fraction, BTX fraction, C8+ fraction and full fraction. Comparing with the conventional process of deolefinization by carclazyte adsorption, the catalyst HDO-18 is featured in less aromatics loss, no need for frequent replacement and disposal of carclazyte, avoiding environmental contamination from waste carclazyte.
