Overview of product property and technical characteristics

COMET-400 catalyst has the characteristics of strong capability of heavy oil molecules cracking, high yields of LPG and gasoline, good selectivity of coke and high gasoline octane number, etc. Part of small pore molecular sieve component is also appropriately increased when attention is paid to improve the large molecules cracking activity and selectivity. Taking the advantage of composite molecular sieve active components, the catalyst has not only excellent coke selectivity but also high activity stability to maintain fairly high gasoline yield. The good selectivity and cracking property of small pore molecular sieve is used to improve the yields of LPG and propylene, increase gas yield, and improve the gasoline octane number. The matrix is modified to effectively improve the heavy oil conversion capability of the catalyst.
