Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

The catalyst FHRS Series is a set of hydrogenation silicon catchers with high activity and excellent silicon tolerance, developed by Sinopec Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical for hydrorefining coker naphtha. The result of industrial application shows that the catalyst FHRS Series can decrease the temperature at reactor inlet, reduce feedstock spontaneous coking and carbon deposition on catalyst to extent unit operation cycle.

The silicon tolerance of the catalyst FHRS Series is four times that of other hydrorefining catalysts. And the operation cycle of using the catalyst FHRS Series together with major catalyst is two to three times that of using the hydrorefining catalyst alone.
