Overview of product property and technical characteristics:

VRCC-1 is a bottom cracking catalyst especially suitable for processing heavy oil with high CCR, It has better bottoms cracking ability, high liquid yield, metal contaminant resistant ability and improved coke selectivity. As the present invention, the characteristics of catalyst VRCC-1 are summarized as below: Firstly, SOY is used as active component with higher gasoline selectivity and lower gasoline olefinicity by enhancing bi-molecular reactions; Secondly, the matrix with sufficient mesopore is used to improve bottom cracking ability, coke selectivity and metal contaminant resistant ability; Thirdly, the catalyst micro chemical environment is well designed by optimizing the active component matching and distribution; Finally, the selectivity of bimolecular reactions and monomolecular reactions are well controlled and hence the product distribution and product quality control can be realized.
