COKC Series Catalyst

Overview of product property and technical characteristics:

COKC series catalyst with excellent coke selectivity and heavy oil conversion capability were developed for bottom cracking. The modified Y zeolite with open pore is adopted to improve catalyst activity, gasoline yield as well as coke selectivity. Rare earth content and distribution are optimized to reduce gasoline olefin content. Micro chemical environment of catalyst is controlled by incorporating the functional components for enhancing Ni or V resistant ability.

COKC-1 catalyst has higher hydrothermal stability and cracking activity, better gasoline selectivity and coke selectivity, and excellent heavy metal-resisting property.

COKC-2 catalyst is developed to further increase olefin content of the primary reaction product, and improve the crackability and propylene selectivity by intensifying secondary cracking.

COKC-3 catalyst is a residue cracking catalyst tailored for higher total liquid yield.
