Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

This series catalyst is developed by Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology, and is applicable to ethyl benzene preparation process by gas phase method, wherein, AB-97 catalyst is applicable to preparation of ethyl benzene by pure ethene; SEB-08 catalyst is applicable to preparation of ethyl benzene by dry gas method. The main feature is below:

The catalyst has high activity, good selectivity, the ethene conversion rate is over 95% and the ethyl selectivity is over 99%.

The main impurity (xylene content) in the product ethyl benzene is low.

This catalyst has stable performance, the regeneration cycle is over 12 months, the service life is over 2 years. It can satisfy the requirement of long period and high capacity run, and can greatly improve the production capacity of the unit.
