Overview of product performance and technical characteristic

CTV series acetic acid ethene catalyst is researched and developed by SINOPEC Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology, and is applicable to production process of gas phase synthesis of acetic acid ethene via ethene method. The main brands include the CTV-IV and CTV-V of typical hooped column form. The series catalyst is applicable to utilization on the large scale industrial unit, and is the exclusive one in China that can substitute the same category imported product. High selectivity (8~10t/m3•d, the related catalyst activity shall be designed subject to different production units)

It has high selectivity (Sel over 94%) and long service life (over 2 years).
