Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

BC-H-21B, front end depropanization hydrogenation catalyst, is applicable to removal of acetylene and partly removal of MAPD in the ethylene unit. It has been used in several large ethylene units with front end hydrogenation process in China with good effect. The technical characteristic of the catalyst is below.

The operation condition is wide, and the stability is good.

It has high space velocity, enhanced selectivity, small formation of oligomer, and less adhesion of oligomer to the catalyst.

It has excellent response to CO swinging.

It has appropriate activity and easy to startup.

In the normal operating condition, its regenerative cycle is over 3 years, and the running life is over 5 years.
