Overview of product performance and technical characteristics

BC-H-20B, C2 fractions gas phase hydrogenation catalyst, is appropriate for removal of acetylene in the Tail-End hydrogenation process, and also for removal of trace acetylene in the ethylene. It has been extensively applied in the large/middle ethylene units at home and abroad with good effect. The technical characteristics of the catalyst are below.

It has high activity, good selectivity, small formation of oligomer, and less adhesion of oligomer to the catalyst.

The volume space velocity is high, the catalyst load amount is small, and the running cycle is long, the stability is good.

The operation condition is wide, and it is applicable to reactors of single stage bed, two-stage bed, and three-stage bed, or to adiabatic or isothermal fixed bed reactors.
