BC-H-33,MAPD gas phase selective hydrogenation catalyst, can effectively remove methylacetylene and propadiene in the C3 fractions of ethylene unit, and can improve the yield of propylene.It has been successfully used in domestic ethylene units. The technical characteristics of the catalyst are below.

It has high activity and selectivity, and can effectively remove the methylacetylene of 0.5%(V/V)-3.0%(V/V) to the level of <5×10-6 (V/V), and propadiene to the level of <10×10-6(V/V).

The content of precious metal of the catalyst is low, the stability is good, and the catalyst life is long.

The catalyst can be appliedin the fairly wide MAPD range of 0.5%(V/V)-3.0%(V/V), and it is applicable to single stagebed or twostage reactors.
