Overview of product performance and technical characteristic

BC-L-83,MAPD liquid phase selective hydrogenation catalyst can effectively remove methylacetylene and propadiene in the C3 fractions of ethylene unit and can improve the yield of propylene, has been successfully used in more than20 units domestically and overseas. The technical characteristics of the catalyst are below.

It has high activity, good selectivity, good stability, and low formation of oligomer.

In the normal operating condition, the regeneration cycle is over 10 months, and the catalyst life is over 5 years.

The liquid volume space velocity is high, and the load amount of catalyst is small.

The reactor inlet temperature is 25-45˚C. It doesn’t need propylene refrigeration, and then can reduce the energy consumption.

The catalyst applicable scope is wide, and it is applicable to various ethylene units.
