Recently, Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum andPetrochemicals, SINOPEC, the technology provider of SCC, developed FF-22unconventional hydrotreating catalyst suitable for the processing of high-oxygen,high-nitrogen low-quality oil. The catalyst with good performance of hydrogenationimpurity removal can be used for processing coal tar, shale oil and otherunconventional oils. The technology for the catalyst R&D has been granted10 Chinese invention patents with independent intellectual property rights.
