SINOPEC’s first SMTO catalyst production line was put into operation successfully in SCC recently.

The catalyst developed by Sinopec Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology (SRIPT) is the most advanced one in Chinese methanol to olefin (MTO) production. Its technology is also advanced both at home and abroad and will provide reliable technical support for the resource diversification strategy and coal-  chemical industry development strategy of SINOPEC.
