Recently, the high-sphericity FCC catalyst preparation technology developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP), the technology provider of SCC, has passed the authentication, and is deemed to be internationally advanced. The technology adopts a new efficient nozzle, and controls the solid content and viscosity of catalyst slurry by optimizing the processes of gelatinizing, spraying and drying, thus significantly improves the sphericity of the FCC catalyst.
