Recently, Fushun Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau and its Development Zone Branch organized the final acceptance of environmental protection against two projects of SINOPEC Catalyst Fushun Division. They are the Sewage Risk Management project and the Water-heating Treatment Furnace Expansion and Retrofit project. The experts of the acceptance team visited the sites, carefully inspected the operation of the sewage treatment plants and the implementation of EIA report. They also listened to the relevant reports by the Fushun Division and the report by the environmental monitoring entity on “Monitoring Report on Final Acceptance of Environmental Protection Facilities for the Construction Projects”.

The participating leaders and experts believe that the sewage treatment plants are running smoothly, the sewage discharge are in stable compliance, the preparation of reports is in line with the specifications, and the data are true and sufficient. They fully appraised the efforts and achievements of SINOPEC Catalyst Fushun Division in respect of these two projects, and agreed to grant the acceptance.
