Recently, the kick-off meeting for the pilot work of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) & EAP Kick-off Meeting of the Shanghai Division was held in SINOPEC Catalyst Company Shanghai Division.
EAP, a systematic project, is a psychological welfare provided by SCC for the employees, which establishes a platform to show concern to the employee on the basis of psychological theories and methods. Besides, such a project injects "caring & loving" into scientific growth of both SCC and the employee. Within the next 2-3 years, SCC will promote the EAP to a company-wide level based on the successful pilot program in SINOPEC Catalyst Shanghai Division.
