Recently, the project of “Optimization of Titanium-Silicate Molecular Sieve Technology for Ammoximation” has passed the evaluation by SINOPEC Group. The project was undertaken by SINOPEC Catalyst Co., Ltd. and RIPP. It owns the intellectual property rights of Sinopec. The experts unanimously agreed that the third-generation monocrystalline multi-hollow HTS-3 zeolite has reached the world leading level and comprehensively exceeded similar catalysts in terms of preparation process, innovation, and key performance.

Compared with similar catalysts, HTS-3 zeolite has 34.9% higher conversion rate, 11.0% higher selectivity, 13.5% higher unit processing capacity, 94.3% longer service life and 120.8% higher unit production capacity.

Since the preparation of titanium-silicate molecular sieve may be affected by many factors, and the method of synthesis is difficult to be mastered, only SINOPEC and another abroad company achieved industrialization.
