Both the light oil yield and the concentration of propylene in LPG increased under the same catalyst consumption rate per unit feedstock at Sinopec Cangzhou refinery after used SCC new formula catalyst.
Various data reflects that the catalyst activity increased under the same feedstock and operating conditions after the new catalyst have been put into the system over a month. And keep the system catalyst activity constant, the consumption per unit catalyst decreased by 20%.
There is only 36% of new catalyst being used in plant at present. Along with the increasing property of new catalyst being used in the plant, light oil yield is expected to reach another height.
