A newhydrogenation catalyst unit was recently completed for its mid-term delivery to Sinopec Catalyst Company. Located at Yunxi in Hunan province, it is at present China’s biggest hydrogenation catalyst unit for its single line production capacity. The technology of the unit is coming from the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP).    

      Nowadays, many refineries are applying the hydrogenation technique for processing petroleum, leading to the short supply of hydrogenation catalysts. The construction and operation of SCC’s hydrogenation catalyst unit is significant for meeting market demand.
