The 16th China Molecular Sieve Academic Conference which was sponsored by China Chemical Molecular Sieve Professional Committee and co-sponsored by SCC and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanxi Coal -chemical Research Institute was held on Oct. 10-13, 2011 in Beijing. The conference has received enthusiastic support from molecular sieve field at home and abroad. More than 550 participants from 100 units of scientific research institutes and relevant industries from China and abroad attended the conferences. During the conference, 6 invited lectures, 12 keynote lectures, 81 oral reports, 188 posters were exchanged, totaling 292 papers. As a grand meeting of scientific research institutes and industries in the molecular sieve field, the conference has provided a platform for economic and technical cooperation as well as various forms of coalition and technical coordination on “Industry, Academia, Research” between scientific research institutes and enterprises, furthermore, it will promote the structural adjustment and upgrading for China’s energy industry.
