On July 22, 2011, the signing ceremony of Strategic Cooperation Agreement between SCC and Yanchang Group Refinery Corporation was held in headquarters of Yanchang Group. The leader from the two corporations signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement. The technical exchange is also held there after the signing ceremony.      The event means that the cooperation between SCC and Yanchang Group on information exchange, technical cooperation and business affairs has entered a new stage of development. It has laid solid foundation for the two sides on complementing each other’s advantage, win-win cooperation and mutual development.
