Mr. He Mingyuan is a well known expert on catalyst technology. He is also an academician of China Academy of Science. He joined a technical group and offered presentation to several refineries in the Northwest of China. His main presentation is entitled "Low Carbon RFCC Technology”. The main content is on how to optimize the FCC technology, to realize the carbon cycle, to reduce carbon emissions. The topic raised detailed discussion among the relevant technicians. The technical staff of the relevant enterprises participated in the meeting.  The technical group is led by Mr. Tan Wenfang who is the President of SCC.
