Sinopec 2nd International Technical Conference on Petrochemical Catalyst (SITCPC) will be held

Sinopec 2nd International Technical Conference on Petrochemical Catalyst (SITCPC) will be held in Suzhou from September 15 (Wednesday) to 18 (Saturday), 2010. The conference will focus on recent development of catalyst researches in polyolefin and basic organic raw materials fields. People in the fields are kindly invited to the conference and submit papers within the scope of the conference.

SCOPE OF THE CONFERENCE

(1) Novel catalyst preparation

(2) Catalytic reaction engineering

(3) Polyolefin catalyst evaluation and application

(4) Evaluation and application of catalyst for the basic organic raw materials

(5) Development trends in the polyolefin catalyst fields

(6) Development trends in the basic organic raw materials catalyst

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM

The scientific program will consist of plenary lectures, keynote presentations, and oral contributions.

PARTIAL LIST OF CONFIRMED DELEGATES’ COMPANIES

We have organized papers from Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry (BRICI) to give the lectures on the occasion. They will offer us the presentation on the technical trends on polyolefin catalysts, polyethylene catalyst development and application, the technical development and application of PP catalyst, and the organic raw material catalyst research & development. Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP) would give presentations on catalyst technologies. And Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology (SRIPT) is willing to give papers on the Catalyst for Toluene Disproportionation and Transalkylation, Ethylbenzene Dehydrogenation Catalyst, Pd/C Catalyst for Purifying Terephthalic Acid and Pyrolysis Gasoline Hydrogenation Catalyst.

PUBLICATION

As soon as the paper handed in is accepted, the conference has the right to edit a proceeding. All the papers and invited lectures will be published in the conference proceeding.

CONGRESS VENUE

The SITCPC will be held in Kempinski Hotel Suzhou. It is a five star hotel near two beautiful lakes. It is one of the best hotels to offer complete meeting facilities and distinctively designed guest rooms.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Hotel rooms have been reserved at the conference site at a very competitive rate. The cost per room is about USD 155 per night after a special discount, breakfast and VAT included. Room holdings by the conference can only be held for a limited time.
