The training course for new employees finished successfully on August 13,the management and chiefs of all departments showed their presence at the meeting with the newcomers. Mr.Tan Wen Fang,General Manager,squeezed time to address a speech titled Love Our SCC,people know more about the history,present and future of SCC from his speech.

During the course,new employees studied Employees Manual,Corporate Culture Manual,Inside-Control System,Development Strategy for SCC during 12thfive year plan,HSE knowledge,and knowledge of catalysis production and market distribution,they also paid visits to some production bases,and attended outward bound development program.

At the meeting,9 new employees from 9 branches made warm speeches and expressed their confidence and determination to SCC.
