A Sinopec delegation composed of academicians and professors visited Taiwan in July. The delegation was led by Mr. Tan Wenfang, President of Sinopec Catalyst Company. They held several technical seminars and a technical conference on Sinopec catalysts technology. The conference was attended by 100 persons from various customers. The delegation presented several papers focused on Sinopec FCC catalyst, technology for producing clean diesel oil, basic organic material catalyst, R & D in RIPP, R & D in SRIPT, etc. The delegation was warmly welcomed by the local professionals and technicians. They asked plenty of questions relevant to the catalyst usage and catalyst technology. The mutual communication obtained high appreciation from all the customers in the Taiwan area. They wish that the similar technical visit could continue on a regular way.

   There are technicians from Sinopec Catalyst Company in the delegation who provided instructions on the catalyst usage. They offered professional services to the refineries and petrochemical plants in Taiwan.
